Nut Free Basil Pesto
Our pesto can be enjoyed by people who have a nut allergy. Instead of the nuts, we use a very well aged parmesan cheese. Our pesto is thick, low on olive oil and has therefore an intense flavor. It is delicious not only on pasta, but also on shrimp or salmon. It is great to season your soups, or perfect as a layer on your home made pizza. Enjoy as a simple spread on fresh tomatoes.
Can be frozen for up to 1 year.
Shelf life refrigerated is 3 weeks.
