Typical Provencal dip, delicious with eggs in any form, but especially hard boiled. Exquisite tossed with new potatoes or pasta, or a spread on bread.

We like to roast cherry tomatoes, and add a layer of scrumptious tapenade, see our tart picture! Summer in a container!

Can be frozen for up to 1 year. 

Shelf life refrigerated is 3 weeks.

Ingredients: Kalamata Olives, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, French Mustard, Capers, Red Wine Vinegar, Thyme, Ground Black Pepper, Paprika.

May contain the occasional pit.
