Marjan started her bakery 25 years ago, after convincing her American husband Keith, that her mom's apple pie was the best he would ever taste. He took one bite and the rest is history.
In the Fall of 2024, Marjan and Keith were ready to retire and we took their recipes under our wings.
Our Dutch Tarts are baked in tall straight sided pans, the crust is crunchy and cookie like, the fillings are filled with the most juicy fruits and just a little sugar! Enjoy!
