Our Belgian Sugar Waffles are the authentic Liège Waffles. The Liège waffle is a dense, crunchy waffle, made with yeast dough (instead of a batter) and sweetened with real pearl sugar, imported from Belgium. They are a traditional grab and go food in Belgium, our home country, served warm by street vendors around the nation.
The Hudson Valley fell in love with our waffles - and they were voted Best Waffles in the Hudson Valley, by readers of Hudson Valley Magazine.
